As he prepares to retire, Mark brings to a close ten successful years leading the finance function. His successor will inherit an established team and benefit from a thorough handover.

Jason has around 30 years of rail experience and has been an Everlast director and shareholder since 2005. He combines deep infrastructure knowledge with a strong drive to deliver.

Commercial Director
A civil engineering graduate, Joshua brings calm judgement to complex project and commercial decisions. He is focused on strong customer relationships and sustainable performance.
Scott Deighton
Director
Scott joined as a roofing operative in 2003 and progressed through surveying and management into the boardroom. His career gives him a grounded understanding of the work and the people delivering it.
Chris Bott
Director
Chris joined the board in 2020 and focuses on growth, strategic alignment and commercial health. A Chartered Building Surveyor, he brings technical depth alongside a broad business perspective.
