This is a pivotal appointment. Working in close partnership with the Main and Operational Board you’ll bring additional clarity, challenge and energy to the next stage of TL Dallas’ development.

TL Dallas are appointing a Finance Director as part of the next stage of the group’s development. This is a Main Board appointment focused on financial leadership and commercial strategy.
The role is based in Bradford, West Yorkshire, working closely with the owners and senior leadership team. The role is not remote although work life balance is extremely important to TL Dallas and there will always be flexibility in terms of hours and availability. “Getting the job done” is always what matters the most but success in this role will certainly involve being close to the heartbeat of the business and building close working relationships. This is often done best, face to face.
TL Dallas is an independent insurance broking, independent financial services & risk management group operating in a regulated environment, with a long-established regional and national client base.
The appointment is aimed at an experienced, qualified finance leader (ACA, ACCA or ACMA) with board-level exposure and experience likely gained in a complex or regulated organisation.
The role offers a base salary in the range of £100,000–£125,000, together with benefits and bonuses, reflecting the seniority and impact of the position.
