Six reasons why clients recommend Schofield Sweeney:

1. Excellent service, shaped around you
We’re focused on getting things absolutely right for you and providing the kind of support you can always rely on. First, we take time to fully understand your situation, goals, challenges and attitude to risk. Then we provide a flexible, efficient service designed around your needs and the results you’re aiming for. If you ever need something more or different, just tell us.
2. Clear, pragmatic advice
However complex your case, we keep things straightforward for you. We’re comfortable making difficult decisions and always happy to give our honest opinion. So you’ll get the full range of options explained in a way that’s easy to digest, and we’ll also say what we’d do in your position. Once you’ve decided, we’ll make sure you’re fully clear on what to do and how to do it.
3. Always great value
Our people have the freedom to spend time really getting to know you, understanding your challenges and identifying what’s in your best interests. It’s an approach designed to give you the highest quality advice, expertise and service at a price that represents great value. We keep you fully informed on costs throughout and, where possible, provide prices upfront.
4. A strong, collaborative team
By consulting closely with you, and as a team, we structure how we work to ensure you get the very most from us. Without the pressures many lawyers face, and an emphasis on doing what’s right for you, our solicitors feel free to share or pass work on. Which results in exceptional collaboration and means you’re always working with the best people for each element of your case.
5. Smart problem solving
We won’t just tell you what the law says – we’ll consider if there are better ways to achieve your goals. With high levels of experience, knowledge and insight, and a wide network of trusted contacts, we’ve overcome the toughest of issues with lateral thinking. You’ll get the right advice at the right time from astute lawyers who know how and when to move matters along.
6. Thrive on challenges
The world’s changing at an incredible pace and creating challenges none of us have faced before. We never shrink from difficulties or the unknown. In fact, we actively seek situations that counter the norm and we see problems as opportunities – which means you can too. Whatever your challenge, we’ll help you flourish from it.
