This interesting online services business requires a capable FC to bridge the gap between the accounting team and the Finance Director as they continue to grow and evolve.

With significant plans for new products, routes to market and investment, the levels of compliance and control need to evolve as does the quality and insight from the management accounting pack.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, ACMA) with plenty of experience post-qualification. You will have worked in an Owner Managed Environment before and be able to demonstrate a real interest in developing other members of a small team.

The controls environment needs to be excellent and with your assistance, the FD will be able to move into more commercial areas of operation and growth knowing that she can completely rely on your numbers. You will also be tasked with providing analysis and insight for the wider business and must be comfortable working outside of the accounting office.

The business can either accommodate candidates looking for continued progression through this role and on towards an FD position in the future or someone who is comfortable operating at this level for the long term but will still have the enthusiasm and drive for the journey ahead.
