Finance Director - to £85,000 + car and LTIP

After significant growth throughout the past 18 months, this manufacturing business in North West Leeds is well placed for further expansion and has 2 acquisitions in the pipeline for completion by Q1 2022.

As a business they have started to lead their market with the development of 2 new products and are now looking to evolve their financial controls and commercial insight ahead of seeking further investment.

The growth now requires an increased level of resource within Finance and the Owner is keen to hire her first full time FD to develop and mentor the FC and small finance team as well as providing robust financial challenge to many internal systems, procedures and methodologies.

The reporting and controls environment needs to be scalable and the management information across the entire operation needs to be far more insightful to ensure that important decisions are made quickly and efficiently, and investors are comfortable with the sensible but evolving levels of risk.

Candidates must be qualified (ACCA, ACMA or ACA) and available to join the business within 3 months of an offer of employment. We're open on background and sector but you will be able to demonstrate an interest in continuing to push your CV and experiences forward.

Within the next 3 years we expect this business to move towards a transaction at which point there could be the opportunity for the FD to participate in an MBO or benefit from a wealth creation event via a trade-sale.

Alongside a basic salary, car allowance and medical insurance package, the successful candidate will have an LTIP in place beyond their probationary period and the opportunity for equity within the medium term.
