The Finance Director will be a key appointment for CLC, and they need someone who will partner effectively with the Owner and Directors to help drive the commercial and strategic conversation whilst also weaving increased financial control and compliance throughout the business.

As FD, you will have a curious mindset and an interest in focusing acutely on how the business can continue to adapt and grow. Your attention to detail will combine with your commercial nous to provide an effective steer for both continued compliance and efficiency as well as new business opportunities.

Candidates will be qualified accountants (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) and must have experience within a regulated environment. Clear communication with The FCA will be fundamental to understand the industry’s direction of travel and to ensure that CLC has a voice in this evolving market.

Interpersonally, the successful candidate must be credible and enthusiastic. You will also be a confident communicator and although the senior team are accomplished professionals, and industry experts, you will be seen as a mentor and commercial guide.
