Recruitment Project: Finance Director
Cromwell Polythene are a proud, independent, family-run business. They operate from a Head Office, processing and distribution site at Sherburn-in-Elmet, West Yorkshire and have a manufacturing and recycling division (CPR Manufacturing) in Alfreton, Derbyshire.
Cromwell have significant plans for growth and now require an ambitious, hands on, commercially minded FD who can work closely with the next generation to help define and implement the Strategic Plan. Success in this role will help unlock growth and drive opportunity.
Cromwell Polythene are working exclusively with KUDU Search to find and secure their next Finance Director. The business needs someone who will partner effectively with the Owner, Directors, and Management Team to help drive the commercial and strategic conversation. The successful candidate will achieve this whilst also weaving increased financial control throughout the business.
